Absolutely! We encourage you to bring a friend, share the experience, and enjoy the event together. You’ll both get the chance to meet other incredible women and enjoy everything that Midlife Mayhem LIVE has to offer. 


Be sure to bring comfortable clothes for movement sessions, a water bottle, we will provide you with a notebook and pen for taking notes during the expert talks and workshops. We will add a needs list to the website nearer to the event.  


 

Absolutely! If you prefer to stay off-site, there are several excellent hotels near Worth School. Here are some options:


  • Holiday Inn London Gatwick – Worth - Located just 1.75 miles from the venue, this 4-star hotel offers modern rooms, an on-site restaurant, and ample parking.
  • Premier Inn Felbridge - A budget-friendly option with great amenities, located around 5 miles from Worth School.
     
  • Crowne Plaza Felbridge - A stylish 4-star hotel set in beautiful grounds, located about 5 miles from the venue, offering a spa, restaurant, and bar.
     
  • The Cat West Inn, Hothfield - A charming inn offering comfortable rooms and traditional hospitality, located around 6 miles from Worth School.
     
  • The Cowdray Arms - A cozy and charming pub with rooms, located just 1.5 miles from the venue. Known for its hearty meals and inviting atmosphere.
     
  • Miswells Cottages – Lake View - A peaceful lakeside apartment offering self-catering facilities, located around 1.8 miles from Worth School.
  • Gravetye Manor - A luxurious 16th-century manor house surrounded by stunning gardens, about 5 miles from Worth School, offering a serene escape.
     

Please note that accommodations at Worth School itself are limited, so we recommend booking early if you prefer to stay on-site. If you need assistance with reservations or have other questions, don't hesitate to reach out!


We understand that life happens, and things don’t always go as planned. We want to ensure that you're fully informed about our cancellation and refund policy for Midlife Mayhem LIVE 2026, so please review the details below.

Refund Schedule

  • Full Refund (100%): Available within 30 days of your original ticket purchase. We want you to be confident in your decision to join us, so if your plans change early on, we’re happy to offer a full refund.

  • Partial Refund (50%): Available from 31 days after purchase until 28th March 2026. We understand that circumstances can change, but we encourage you to confirm your attendance early to secure your place.

  • No Refunds: After 28th March 2026, no refunds will be issued. At this point, we’ll be preparing for an incredible event, so we won't be able to accommodate cancellations.

How to Request a Refund

If your plans change and you need to cancel your ticket, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us via email at: contact@midlifemayhem.club with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Reason for cancellation

Additional Information

  • Refund Method: All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

  • Ticket Transfers: If you’re unable to attend and want to pass your ticket on to a friend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another attendee at no additional cost.
  • Event Cancellation: While we’re confident this event will be life-changing, we reserve the right to cancel in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full refund will be provided to all ticket holders.
