Barnett Hill is exclusively ours for the weekend, where you will enjoy luxury accommodation, breakfast, lunches and a 3 course meal.
You will be able to work out with me in person, join a yoga class plus we have some incredible speakers lined up for you to give you all the tools you need to be the best you have ever felt. From learning about nutrition, building confidence, how to reduce stress, life coaching to name just a few subjects. We have skin and style experts, so we will be looking from the inside to the outside so you leave the weekend full of confidence and with a lust for life.
You will be invited to my first ever cocktail party book launch for The Menopause Metabolism Fix. Where we can all get dressed up to celebrate the occasion.
To say I am beyond excited is an understatement. We still have lots to add and will be keeping you in the loop with the news and updates over the coming months.
I'm a 50-year-old fitness coach specialising in women over 40,
from peri to post-menopause.
Previously a Latin American dance champion, I transitioned to fitness in 1996, driven by a passion to help women feel amazing in their own skin. In 2004, I became a Personal Trainer, focusing on manageable workouts and family-friendly meal plans.
When perimenopause hit, I adapted my fitness and nutrition approach, improving my energy, sleep, and mental clarity. Now, with qualifications in menopause fitness and nutrition, I help women navigate this stage of life through my Cara Fitness App.
I've transformed thousands of lives and am so proud of the incredible Cara Fitness community that we have created.
Now with the upcoming launch of my book The Menopause Metabolism Fix I am excited to reach even more women to guide through this time in our lives.
