Refund and Cancellation Policy

Retreat Dates: January 25-26, 2025

We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. 

Please review the details carefully.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. Full Refund:
   • If you cancel your booking within 30 days of the date of booking,  you will receive a full refund. Unless you book on or after September 25, 2024, then you will have 7 days to cancel until October 25, 2024.

1. 50% Refund:
   • If you cancel your booking at least 3 months before the retreat (on or before October 25, 2024), you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

1. No Refund:
   • If you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of the retreat (after December 14, 2024), no refund will be available.

Cancellation Process:

• To cancel your booking, please contact us via email at cara@carafitness.co.uk Include your full name, booking reference number, and the reason for cancellation.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request and will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

• In the event that the retreat is cancelled by the Midlife Mayhem Club due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund regardless of the cancellation date.
