Refund Schedule
- Full Refund (100%): Available within 30 days of original ticket purchase
- Partial Refund (50%): Available after the initial 30-day period until 24th September 2025
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 24th September 2025
How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number, name, and reason for cancellation in your email.
Additional Information
- All refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time for refunds may take 5-10 business days
- Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost
- We reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided
