Worth Independent School, nestled in the heart of the South Downs, provides the perfect backdrop for a day designed to support midlife women. Join us for the full day of empowerment, movement, and connection. From energising workouts to inspiring talks and networking with other like-minded women, this ticket gives you access to everything the event has to offer.


Stayover Package:
For those traveling from further afield or wanting extra time to connect with the community, our Stayover Packages offer you the chance to stay at the venue the night before or after the event. Spend more time unwinding, networking, and bonding with fellow attendees in a relaxed, beautiful setting.

We’re bringing together a panel of incredible speakers who GET IT. Whether it’s nutrition, style, or confidence, these women are experts in their field and will empower you to take your midlife to the next level. You’ll hear from:


  • Jackie Lynch, a renowned nutritionist, who will share actionable tips on balancing hormones, stress management, and eating for energy.
  • Cara, our founder, who will lead dynamic workouts designed to boost your strength, mood, and confidence. As well as deliver some tangible talks for you to take actionable steps to reinvent your life.
  • Wellbeing Experts, who will help you embrace your truest and best self in midlife.


These talks and workshops will leave you feeling empowered, educated, and equipped with the tools to create a new chapter for yourself.

This is a premium event at an affordable price, designed to ensure every midlife woman has the opportunity to attend and transform. 

Once these early bird tickets are gone, the regular price will apply.

Your ticket includes access to all talks, workshops, real-time workouts, lunch, snacks, and tea/coffee breaks. The Stayover Package includes your accommodation at the venue and breakfast.


If you’d like to stay overnight, the Stayover Package allows you to book accommodation at the venue. We will also be providing information on nearby hotels for those who prefer external accommodations. 


Comfort is key, as there will be a variety of workouts throughout the day! We recommend wearing comfortable activewear throughout the day for workouts, talks and workshops. Bring layers as the venue can vary in temperature throughout the day and this is a winter event!

Our retreats and events are designed exclusively for midlife women, particularly those navigating menopause and beyond. They focus on wellness, fitness, self-care, stress management, nutrition, healthy sleep quality, education, and connection—all in a fun, supportive environment.


Not at all! Our retreats are designed for all fitness levels. Everything is optional, and you can go at your own pace. Whether you're a regular exerciser or just starting out, there will be something for you.


Each retreat or event will be different, but it will have a mix of fitness sessions, wellness workshops, nutritious food, relaxation time, and fun social activities. Depending on the retreat, you can expect things like yoga, dance, guided workouts, mindfulness sessions, sound baths, nutrition talks, lots of social activities and even adventure activities like hiking or walking. For our retreats abroad, we will also have a great mix of cultural activities included. 


Each retreat package is different, but most include accommodation, meals, all planned activities, workouts and workshops. Please read the retreat ticket information for all information. Some retreats may offer optional add-ons such as massages, excursions, or private coaching sessions.


Unless specified, flights and transportation to the venue are not included.


Many retreats offer shared accommodations to keep costs lower and encourage connection. However, there are often private room options available too.


Absolutely! Many of our attendees come solo, and our retreats are designed to help you connect with other like-minded women. You’ll leave with new friendships and amazing memories.


All meals are nutrient-packed, delicious, and designed to support midlife health. The chefs we source focus on balanced, wholesome meals, and we ensure a mix of protein, healthy fats, and fresh ingredients.


Yes! We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary preferences. After booking there will be forms to complete to make us aware of your dietary needs.


Cancellation policies vary by event. We recommend checking the specific terms and conditions before booking. Travel insurance is also advised for peace of mind.


Once you book, we’ll send a detailed packing lists via email and these will also be accessible though the Facebook page and here on the website. As every retreat is different, needs will differ from event to event. 


Yes! We make sure there’s plenty of time to rest, relax, and enjoy the retreat at your own pace.
