Our retreats and events are designed exclusively for midlife women, particularly those navigating menopause and beyond. They focus on wellness, fitness, self-care, stress management, nutrition, healthy sleep quality, education, and connection—all in a fun, supportive environment.
Not at all! Our retreats are designed for all fitness levels. Everything is optional, and you can go at your own pace. Whether you're a regular exerciser or just starting out, there will be something for you.
Each retreat or event will be different, but it will have a mix of fitness sessions, wellness workshops, nutritious food, relaxation time, and fun social activities. Depending on the retreat, you can expect things like yoga, dance, guided workouts, mindfulness sessions, sound baths, nutrition talks, lots of social activities and even adventure activities like hiking or walking. For our retreats abroad, we will also have a great mix of cultural activities included.
Each retreat package is different, but most include accommodation, meals, all planned activities, workouts and workshops. Please read the retreat ticket information for all information. Some retreats may offer optional add-ons such as massages, excursions, or private coaching sessions.
Unless specified, flights and transportation to the venue are not included.
Many retreats offer shared accommodations to keep costs lower and encourage connection. However, there are often private room options available too.
Absolutely! Many of our attendees come solo, and our retreats are designed to help you connect with other like-minded women. You’ll leave with new friendships and amazing memories.
All meals are nutrient-packed, delicious, and designed to support midlife health. The chefs we source focus on balanced, wholesome meals, and we ensure a mix of protein, healthy fats, and fresh ingredients.
Yes! We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary preferences. After booking there will be forms to complete to make us aware of your dietary needs.
Cancellation policies vary by event. We recommend checking the specific terms and conditions before booking. Travel insurance is also advised for peace of mind.
Once you book, we’ll send a detailed packing lists via email and these will also be accessible though the Facebook page and here on the website. As every retreat is different, needs will differ from event to event.
